AAS has been serving the South Canterbury region since 2001. We service all major brands of commercial kitchen and laundry appliances for Bakeries, Cafés, Restaurants, Pubs & Clubs, Food Industries, Hospitals, Schools, Supermarkets, Retirement Homes, Community Centres, and Factories. Just to name a few.

The area we cover includes but not limited to: South Canterbury, Mid Canterbury, North Otago, Mackenzie District and Aoraki/Tekapo.

Repair with Care

AAS is a full service commercial appliance repair company, 75-80% of our business is service and repairs for the local hospitality trade. The major suppliers support us with technical support and original parts where applicable. We have ongoing training with them to keep us up to date. We pride ourselves on providing a prompt service, being efficient with good communication skills. Give us a call, and one of our technicians will be at your service when it’s convenient for you to keep your business running as smooth as possible. Our other services is supplying Ecolab cleaning products, new and second hand appliances.

Mark Fitzgerald

Electrician & Technician

Mark has been fully qualified and registered as an electrician since 2005. Starting in November 2021 at Advanced Appliance Services, he brings experience in commercial and industrial electrical installations.

Phillip Richardson

Electrician & Technician

Phil has been fully qualified and registered since 2020. He is our newest technician, starting in April 2025 at Advanced Appliance Services. He brings extensive experience in commercial and general electrical work.  

Tori Stonehouse

Administrator

Tori has been a part of the administration team since August 2025.  She is the master of organization and efficiency in our office – Keeping our technicians busy! Tori is the friendly voice you will hear on the other end of the phone.
